ClientFlow offers a generous 14-day free trial on all plans. We highly encourage all new users to fully test the platform during this period to ensure it meets their agency's needs before committing to a paid subscription. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Because we offer a fully functional 14-day free trial, all sales are considered final after the trial period ends and the first charge is processed. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
For annual subscriptions, if you realize within the first 14 days of your initial payment that ClientFlow isn't for you, please contact our support team at hello@clientflow.com. We will cancel your account and issue a prorated refund for the remaining months of your annual term. After the first 14 days of an annual subscription, no refunds will be issued.
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by going to the Settings > Billing section of your dashboard. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. Once you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will be suspended and you will not be charged again.
We do not issue refunds for temporary service interruptions or downtime, as we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and any rare interruptions are usually resolved swiftly.
