By accessing and using ClientFlow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
ClientFlow provides a web-based client portal software designed for agencies, freelancers, and service businesses to manage client onboarding, file collection, and communication. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
ClientFlow operates on a subscription model. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay ClientFlow the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments are charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payment processing is conducted by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. We take data security seriously and protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
ClientFlow reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
ClientFlow may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription from your dashboard.
